Custom and made-to-order work

Every custom piece from Hugee Studio is designed and built just for you. A 50% deposit is due before work begins, and it is non-refundable, because it covers your design time and the materials bought for your piece. The remaining balance is due when your piece is finished, before it ships or is picked up. Because each piece is one of a kind, custom orders can't be returned once they're completed. If something arrives damaged or isn't made as we agreed, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Gamecock tailgate chairs and other ready-made items

If you're not happy with your chair, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and the buyer pays return shipping. Once we receive the chair and confirm its condition, we'll refund the purchase price, minus original shipping. Chairs made in a special wood or to a custom request count as custom work and follow the policy above. If your chair arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
